Jermaine’s journey in maintenance began in 2016 when he was mentored by his apartment’s property management team. As he took on various tasks, he discovered a true passion for the field. Now HVAC-certified, he brings extensive hands-on experience and technical expertise to Jaindl Enterprises.
Originally from New York City, Jermaine has called the Lehigh Valley home for over a decade, embracing all it has to offer. Outside of work, he enjoys attending church, exploring nature trails, camping, and—true to his craft—fixing anything that needs repair.
Alexander Larsson joined the Jaindl Enterprises team in 2022 as Senior Property Technician. A natural problem solver, Alex has a knack for fixing things and enjoys the little bit of everything the job entails, including appliance repair, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and landscaping.
Born in Lagos, Nigeria, and raised in the Poconos, Alex now lives in Saylorsburg with his cat Pudding and spends his free time gaming, reading comic books, and going to the movies.
